As Christmas approaches in Gotham City, Bruce Wayne's isolation is palpable. His butler and confidant, Alfred Pennyworth, tries to bring him out of his funk by suggesting he rekindle his romance with Selina Kyle, an enigmatic cat burglar who has been a thorn in Batman's side.
